Navigate to the customer overview page and select File Claim.
The File Claim Form will appear. Complete at a minimum, the Insurance Company, claim number, and deductible fields. Previously entered insurance companies will be available for selection from a drop-down menu, to create a new insurance company, type in the name and select the blue create line. TBD or 0 can be entered into the claim number or deductible fields as placeholders.
Once a claim has been filed, select the claim number from the overview page to edit or add a Claim Handler, Adjuster, Claim Supervisor, or Designated Appraiser.
